A few weeks ago we were discussing the play in work and that often we forget we can play and have fun when running a business. And I asked how many people are regularly working extra hours, why and the value it’s adding especially if it’s become the norm?

Last week I participated in a Young Enterprise day, always great events and learning for the business advisors and the students. The group were mostly A level students and it was interesting to see how natural leaders came forward and how others who were less natural leaders stepped up to the plate. .
So having discussed how AGILE project management could be adapted easily for any situation and used in all sizes of businesses it got me thinking. Project management is all about decision making – what to prioritise, what to do and how to do it.
- Do you have a box of dreams?
- How do you see your life… are there still six degrees of separation?
- Black Friday and Cyber Monday – Beneficial to businesses or does it attract the wrong kind of customer?
- Goals and targets – carrots or sticks?
- What are your vital statistics? Do you know your figures and how do you use them?
